The TrustApm app is the mobile app of the TrustApm application performance monitoring (APM) platform. It works only with an organization's own TrustApm installation and is used by that organization's authorized users. The app is developed and published by Ayhan Sarıtaş. The organization running TrustApm owns the monitoring data and is the data controller.

Data we collect

When you enroll your phone, the app sends the phone name you enter, the push token issued by Apple (to deliver notifications), and the actions you take in the app (acknowledging or silencing alerts, notification preference, 30-day verification) to the organization's own TrustApm server. Your identity is your user account in the organization's TrustApm.

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers. It contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. The camera is used only to scan the enrollment QR code; images are neither stored nor transmitted. Demo mode uses built-in sample data and sends nothing.

How data is transmitted and stored

All data between the phone and the organization's server is end-to-end encrypted, using keys generated in and never leaving the phone's Secure Enclave and the server's key. The cloud storage service in the European Union that carries the encrypted files cannot read their content.

Monitoring data (alerts, server status) is kept in memory only while the app is open and is never written to disk. No data is read while the phone is locked or the app is in the background. Notifications carry no content (e.g. "New critical alert"); details are shown only inside the app.

Use and sharing

Data is used only to operate the app: to show you monitoring data, to send notifications and to carry out your actions. It is not shared with or sold to third parties, and the app does not track you across other apps or websites. The developer has no access to an organization's monitoring data through this app.

Retention and deletion

Phone enrollment and action records are kept on the organization's TrustApm server until the enrollment is revoked and for as long as the organization's audit rules require. In the app, Settings › Delete enrollment removes the keys and session from the phone. You can revoke the enrollment in TrustApm under My account › My phones or ask your organization's TrustApm administrator. Encrypted files of a revoked phone are deleted from cloud storage.

TrustApm uygulaması, TrustApm uygulama performans izleme (APM) platformunun mobil uygulamasıdır. Yalnız bir kurumun kendi TrustApm kurulumuyla çalışır ve o kurumun yetkili kullanıcıları tarafından kullanılır. Uygulama Ayhan Sarıtaş tarafından geliştirilir ve yayımlanır. İzleme verisinin sahibi ve veri sorumlusu, TrustApm'i işleten kurumdur.

Toplanan veriler

Uygulama, telefon kaydedilirken verdiğiniz telefon adını, bildirim gönderebilmek için Apple'ın verdiği push token'ını ve uygulamada verdiğiniz komutları (alarm üstlenme, susturma, bildirim tercihi, 30 günlük doğrulama) kurumun kendi TrustApm sunucusuna iletir. Kimliğiniz, kurumun TrustApm'indeki kullanıcı hesabınızdır.

Konum, kişi listesi, fotoğraf, sağlık verisi ya da reklam kimliği toplanmaz. Uygulamada analitik, reklam ya da çökme raporu SDK'sı yoktur. Kamera yalnız kayıt QR'ını okutmak için kullanılır; görüntü saklanmaz ve gönderilmez. Demo modu uygulamanın içindeki örnek veriyi kullanır, hiçbir şey göndermez.

Nasıl iletilir ve saklanır

Telefon ile kurumun sunucusu arasındaki bütün veriler uçtan uca şifrelidir: telefonun güvenli bölgesinde (Secure Enclave) üretilen ve oradan çıkmayan anahtarlar ile sunucunun anahtarı kullanılır. Şifreli dosyaları taşıyan, Avrupa Birliği'ndeki bulut depolama hizmeti içeriği okuyamaz.

İzleme verileri (alarmlar, sunucu durumları) telefonda yalnız uygulama açıkken bellekte tutulur, diske yazılmaz. Telefon kilitliyken ya da uygulama arka plandayken veri okunmaz. Bildirimler içerik taşımaz ("Yeni kritik alarm" gibi); ayrıntı yalnız uygulama açılınca görünür.

Kullanım ve paylaşım

Veriler yalnız uygulamanın çalışması için kullanılır: izleme verisini size göstermek, bildirim göndermek ve komutlarınızı uygulamak. Üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz; uygulama sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde izlemez (tracking yoktur). Geliştiricinin bir kurumun izleme verisine bu uygulama üzerinden erişimi yoktur.

Saklama süresi ve silme

Telefon kaydı ve komut kayıtları kurumun TrustApm sunucusunda, kayıt iptal edilene kadar ve kurumun denetim kuralları süresince saklanır. Uygulamada Ayarlar › Kaydı sil anahtarları ve oturumu telefondan siler. Kaydın iptalini TrustApm'de Hesabım › Telefonlarım ekranından yapabilir ya da kurumunuzun TrustApm yöneticisinden isteyebilirsiniz. İptal edilen telefonun şifreli dosyaları buluttan silinir.
